Plan Your Visit

If you are attending one of Atlanta Ballet's The Nutcracker performances:

• Every person must have a ticket in order to enter the building. 

• In the interest of all patrons, Atlanta Ballet's late seating policy requires patrons who arrive after the curtain rises to be seated in the back of the theatre until such time they can be moved to their assigned seats. 

• The Centre does not check any items. Please leave any prohibited items at home or in your car.
   
• There is no photography or video of any kind during the performance.
   
• No Strollers, car seats or booster seats will be permitted in the building. 
   
• Per Atlanta Ballet there will be no food permitted inside the theatre. 
   
• Bags must be smaller than 11"x13". Upon entry, guests will be required to pass through a metal detector. Please allow time to enter the venue and limit personal items to ensure a smooth entry process. For a full list of prohibited items, click here.

Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre is located in northwest Atlanta at the intersection of I-75 and I-285, minutes from Marietta, Downtown Atlanta, Perimeter and Buckhead. With its unparalleled location, the Centre offers direct interstate access, providing a smooth entrance and exit for performances and events. This section has information about directions, parking, dining, hotels & public transportation.

Doors to the venue open 90 minutes before a performance begins.  There are now enhanced security screenings (metal detectors) in place for every performance.  Please allow extra time to enter the venue.
