Designated seats in various locations are available at every event for guests with disabilities and those needing special assistance. Accessible seating can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or by visiting the Synvous Box Office at Cobb Energy Centre on show days.

Handicapped parking is available next to the guest elevators on every level of our parking deck. Drop off is also available at the front of the building with easy return to the parking garage.

• Wheelchair accessible drinking fountains
• New phonic ear devices - The WaveCAST Receiver app allows listeners to hear the audio on their personal, Wi-Fi-connected devices, such as a mobile phones.  The app can be downloaded to a mobile phone from from the link above or patrons can check out a listening device from our Front of House staff.  There is a dedicated network in the venue, "ADA Listening", available for this service.
